Currently the only way of modifying the set of certificates being managed by a
ManagedPeerCertificateTrustStore is to replace the entire set of certificates
with a new set.
Add new operations to add individual certificates and remove one or more
certificates.
Also allow for such stores to be better managed through the management UI
