Currently the Web Management Console does not guard against duplicate form
submission, nor does it communicate to the user that a server side action is in
progress. This is evident when creating objects such as BDB VHN or
AutoGeneratedSelfSignedKeyStores where the server side operation may take
several moments.
Change the UI to prevent duplicate form submission snap and prevent feedback
when an operation is in progress.
