Alex,
I have addressed some of your comments and remove the table describing REST API
in favour of a simple link to the /apidocs.
I agree Managing Entities is not too helpful in it current form. It tries to
be the glue between the concepts and the model object's interface, but I think
it fails. I think in the long term once the model is furnished with
type/attribute/context level descriptions the need for this chapter will
diminish. I don't think moving it to an Annex now would help.
I think this commit needs to be merged to the 6.0.x branch for production of
the docbooks for publication on the site.
