Above checkin adds shims for JMS and AMQP types. The following is still
outstanding:
AMQP types (SimpleType Test):
* Add test for AMQP Array type
JMS (JmsMessage Test):
* Add test for ObjectMessage type (although this is an obscure use-case as most
non-JMS clients won't be in a position to stream Java objects).
