Qpid had an older active/active cluster module based on virtual synchrony which
has been discontinued due to performance and maintenance issues, QPID-3384
refers to that module.
The current active/passive HA module does not yet have DTX support.
The old module was called "cluster" the new module is called "ha". Bugs for
both are being filed under the same JIRA component which, now that you mention
it, is confusing.
