Simplify the Broker's deployment footprint by supporting AMQP and HTTP on a
single port. The port would need to sniff the first few bytes and decide
whether the incoming connection is HTTP or AMQP, and direct it to Jetty or the
Protocol layers accordingly. TLS would also be supported.
We would also support the life cycling of ports correctly, i.e. if a port is
deleted, it should unbind the port at the moment.
