The JmsInitialContextFactory defaults the remoteUri property of the
JmsConnectionFactory instances it creates if none is specified, whereas
instantiating the JmsConnectionFactory directly without specifying the property
leaves it without any. The behaviour should be made consistent between the two
either by moving the default into the factory itself or by removing it.
