rhea is a new amqp binding for javascript. https://github.com/grs/rhea
The console currently uses the large proton.js binding.
Relace the javascript binding used by the console with the rhea binding. This
will decrease the size of the binding greatly and allow the console to simplify
the code that sends management requests.
