Description:
Test MultiNodeTest#testInFlightTransactionsWhilstMajorityIsLost failed because
REST request for BDB HA VHN (in REPLICA role) to change state to STOPPED failed
whilst underlying Environment was restarting.
The role of the node was DETACHED. We should be able to stop node in any role.
