The test assumes IPv6 and fails without it.
To disable IPv6 temporarily on Fedora:

sudo sh -c 'echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6'
{noformat}
To test for IPv6 in Python
{noformat}
import socket
if socket.has_ipv6:
{noformat}
