QPID-6424 provided an initial implementation of redirect functionality, however
there are several improvements that can/should be made
# Rather than a String of "host:port" the redirect should be of the form {
protocol, network-host, port, (virtual-)host }
# The redirect virtual host should follow normal Configured Object state
lifecycles - i.e. it should not always be "UNAVAILABLE" - this means that the
protocol engine/connection code will need to change to always look for redirects
# A UI should be added to allow for configuration of the redirecting virtual
host
