The {{CustomisedSSLSocketFactory}} in {{ConnectionBuilder}} 5 {{createSocket}}
methods that should set the TLS protocols and cipher suites on the created
socket. We somehow missed to do that on {{createSocket(Socket, String, int,
boolean)}
