Description:
For the LDAP provider, identities produced should be in the form:
{noformat}{identity}@{realm}{noformat}
where identity is the distinguished name of the user which has been encoded
(how?). The realm should be any valid realm defined by Section 6 RFC-4120.
For the LDAP Provider, the realm could be defaulted, perhaps to be the full
qualified host name of the LDAP server itself.
