On authentication, the LDAP Authentication Provider needs to be populate the
givenName. For this purpose, the provider needs a new optional attribute
{{displayableNameAttribute}} which specifies which directory attribute contains
the displayable name.
If the displayableNameAttribute, is populated, the attribute's value should be
used as the given name when creating the AuthenticatedPrincipal. If the
{{displayableNameAttribute}} is null, or the attribute has no value in the
Directory, the given name should be null.
