For AMQP 1.0, user-space objects within the Java Broker are used differently to
how they were used with previous protocol versions.
Enhance the Documentation to comprehensively cover AMQP 1.0 too.
Areas need to include
* how to configure topic like behaviour (use a fanout exchange)
* how to configure point to point queues
* considerations for application using multiple AMQP versions.
