The AMQP 1.0 plugin incorporates all the old common classes from the
amqp-1_0-common module and then adapters to make these classes work within the
context of the broker - this leads to many objects representing the same entity.
now the code is used only within the Java Broker we can rationalise the
implementation and remove unnecessary complexity/
