# Create a Managed Certificate Store
# Click "Add Certificate" with upload a PEM with a deliberate error in file
# Error message "422 - java.security.cert.CertificateException"
# Click Ok
# Click "Add Certificate" with upload the same PEM
# On Firefox, error reported again, On Safari, request to upload the file is
seemingly ignored
Problem is the file widget is not reporting a change, presumably, because the
file has not changed. The file input file should be reset following either a
successful upload, or a failure.
