Description:
currently the ManagedOperation getConnections on the VirtualHost returns the
connections and sessions with the full inherited context.
Now that we have queries we should use them for this purpose instead.
The ManagedOperation getConnections should be deprecated and removed in v7

currently the ManagedOperation getConnections on the VirtualHost returns the
connections and sessions with the full inherited context.
We should only be returning those context variables that have been set on the
object.
The behaviour should be the same as for the generic RESTServlet. See QPID-7211.
