Produce an automated configuration upgrader that acts on authentication and
group provider records. The upgrader must populate the realm attribute
applying the same rules as the defaulting rules used by the providers
themselves, ensuring a unique name is produced.
The configuration upgrader must upgrade the {{createdBy}} and {{lastUpdatedBy}}
attributes to be realm qualified. This can only be done if there is exactly one
authentication provider.
Automatic upgrade of the ACL rules and JMSXUserId within sent messages are out
of scope.
