Hi Ernie, I've made some changes to fix up some issues and add some additional
required details. I did a before/after diff on the generated war and everything
looked good, but can you check these changes out anyway.
Another change I didn't make, but think would be good, is renaming the module.
The 'dispatch-plugin' artifactId/name doesnt say much about what it is/does, or
how it may be different than other dispatch related plugins that might later
come to exist. Something like 'dispatch-hawtio-console' on the other hand
conveys more useful detail.
