If you continue to have this problem I suggest you increase the Broker's
logging verbosity to hopefully expose the problem. To do this enable AMQP 1.0
frame level logging within the Java Broker. You can do this using the Web
Management Console by adding a Log Inclusion Rule for log event source "FRM" at
level DEBUG. See
https://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-java-6.0.1/java-broker/book/Java-Broker-Runtime.html#Java-Broker-Runtime-Logging
 for more details.

Once you have done this, repeat your test and attach the relevant part of the
qpid.log to the Jira. I suggest you keep using the newer client Qpid JMS
Client 0.9.0.
