Current:
Manual page qdrouterd.conf describes an `addrPort` section that contains `addr`
(deprecated) and `host` attributes.
Expected:
`addrPort` section should be deprecated and new section should be called
`hostPort`, to be in keeping with changes introduced in DISPATCH-306.
Deprecated section `addrPort` should contain only an `addr` deprecated
attribute and new section `hostPort` should contain only a `host` attribute.
