I have modified the qdrouterd.conf man page
(https://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-dispatch-master/man/qdrouterd.conf.html)
to remove references for addrPort. At some point we must just get rid of the
addrPort annotation and move the contents into connector and listener. This is
just causing confusion to users.
