Ernest Allen resolved DISPATCH-406.

Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 0.7.0
Firefox isn't resolving the lineargradient url in the svg's area path.
The solution was to provide a fallback color in the fill command. Firefox won't
get the nice gradient color, but at least it will have a correct solid color.
