Clarify the difference between query and read:
{{qdmanage query}} prints all entities or all entities of a given {{--type}},
if specified. The output then may be filtered (to a single entity) by either
{{--name}} or {{--identity}}.
{{qdmanage read}} prints a single entity specified by either its {{--name}} or
{{--identity}}. It does not take the {{--type}} option.
In case {{--name}} or {{--identity}} is specified, the difference is that in
case of {{query}} it is {{qdmanage}} who does the filtering, and in case of
{{read}} it is qdrouterd.
Also, {{query}} always prints output as JSON literal "array of objects",
whereas {{read}} prints "object".
(at least that is my understanding of the differences)

Remove the mention of {{--stdin}} from {{qdmanage read}} description. It is a
copy paste error. First noticed by [~ppatierno].
