Mouse over the button "Click to clear log" to generate some error toasts. These
are logged in the logging console. In both places, in toast and in the console,
the URL is hyperlinked.

I believe there is no reason why an user would want to click such link. I
clicked it by accident and it brought me out of the dispatch-console and I then
had to reconnect. Therefore, I propose to make the URL unclickable.
