I installed dispatch-plugin to tomcat. Page
http://127.0.0.1:8080/hawtio/tomcat/applications shows URL
http://127.0.0.1:8080/dispatch-plugin. There is nothing on that address except
error page. I'd expect that the page does not link to pages that show only
errors and are otherwise useless.
