Firefox sometimes caches the HTML but not the javascript. Can you clear your
browser's cache for Firefox and try again? The method I use is F12 to show
developer console and then Ctrl F5, but
menu->preferences->advanced->network->Clear Now should also work.
I'm seeing the Connect button get the focus in Chrome and FF. I'll look at it
some more.
