The console needs to send the full entity type for CRUD operations. For example
the type for the entity 'address' should be
'org.apache.qpid.dispatch.router.config.address'.
There is a type attribute that contains the correct value for existing entities.
However, when sending a CREATE operation, the console doesn't have an existing
entity. Rather than hard-code a map of entity names to full entity types the
schema should contain the full entity type for each entity that supports any of
the operations.
