E.g. against dispatch router use qpid-receive with --ack-frequency of 200
(where dispatch router is setting link credit window to 250). Then send with
qpid-send. With tracing on you can observe that the sender sometimes stalls
until a heartbneat is sent at which point buffered transfer are written out.
