I observed multiple issues with the most recent commit {{90415a}}.
# When navigating to {{http://127.0.0.1:8080/hawtio/dispatch_hawtio_console}}
for the first time, the Connect tab is not highlighted as active. See the
{{expected*}} and {{actual*}} images in attachment.
# When I then refresh the page in Firefox, it shows empty with just toolbars.
Refreshing works in Chrome.
# When navigating to {{http://127.0.0.1:8080/hawtio/logs}}, I am still
redirected to the Dispatch Connect page, even though I wish to see Hawtio logs,
which is outside of the dispatch plugin.
