QPID-7341: Change documentation and sources to refer to Broker as 'Apache Qpid 
Broker for Java' (or 'Broker for Java' for short) to Client as 'Apache Qpid JMS 
Client for AMQP 0-9-1/0-10' and use 'Apache Qpid for Java' as a project name in 
order to respect Oracle Java trademark
