When a MessageConsumer fails to receive a response to a drain request it closes
the consumer instance which triggers the link to be closed, if that happens to
be a consumer on a durable subscription it also results in the subscription
being unsubscribed. The handler needs to detach the receiver in this case
instead of closing it.
