The icons used for the trees on the overview and entities pages are not
consistent.
Update the icons used for
- 'inter-router' links and connections (double arrow line)
- 'router' addresses (two double arrow lines)
- 'mobile' addresses (use same icon as topology page clients)
- 'endpoint' links (use same icon as topology page clients)
- links and connections associated with consoles (same as topology)
- 'router-control' links (cog)
