Remove the backup.sh from the bdbstore module and the references to the script
from the documentation. The backup.sh is not part of the release bundle, so is
already redundant.
The existing java class {{BDBBackup}} should remain for the time being. It can
continue to be used by the users of the BDB based stores, on both Windows and
Linux until the backup mechanism is replaced by QPID-7410.
