The expired messages are deleted on message delivery and in house keeping
thread. If queue contains a lot of expired messages and messages expired
between the housekeeping task invocations , the deletion of messages could
happen on message delivery. If there would be a lot of messages to delete the
delivery time would increase, as deletion of every message happens
synchronously. It looks like we can improve the performance for this corner
case by deleting messages asynchronously.
