Currently clearing a large queue takes a considerable length of time. The
store should have the ability to perform something analogous to a database
{{TRUNCATE TABLE}} to quickly remove all entries on a queue. It may be
necessary to temporarily suspend enqueues to a queue whilst the operation is
ongoing.
