Looks good! I like the change of passing the serialiser into the Records
instead of returning byte[].
One comment has not been addressed so far:
* The Content-Disposition should also use the extended "filename*" syntax for
UTF-8 encoded filenames. (See AbstractQueue$MessageContent)
