When there are a large number of routers we can use all the page area to
display the topology graph. However, the left side of the page is dedicated to
the panel that displays info about the router or link that the mouse is
hovering over.
Add a way to hide and re-show the info panel. When the panel is hidden, the
graph should expand to the full page.
Also, save and restore the state of the panel.
