{{AbstractQueue#attemptDelivery}} should return {{false}} iff there are more
messages on the queue that can be delivered to the given subscriber.
However, currently it returns {{false}} if there are more messages on the queue
regardless of whether the subscriber has interest in them or not (e.g., due to
message selectors).
