To stress the console with various large topologies, a python program that
responds to management queries and returns fake management info would be useful.
The program should:
- accept connections from a console and respond to GET-MGMT-NODES, QUERY,
and METHOD requests and return fake management data.
- accept management commands to create fake management data
Separately, a new version of the console is needed to create the new topologies
and send the python program commands.
