Commit fc408e3b11ca3d6ad8f5c23318d4d448aea1c701 in qpid-interop-test's branch
refs/heads/master from [~kpvdr]

QPIDIT-48: Removed --broker, added --sender and --receiver options. This allows
sender and reciever to use different IP addresses for use in dispatch router or
other distributed tests. Also some minor tidy-up: removed bangs from test
strings (as they are difficult to use on the bash command-line) and (slightly)
improved debug strings in the shim Sender and Receiver functions

> Add test options which allow separate addresses for the sender and receiver

> For tests which use the dispatch router, it is possible for the sender and
> receiver to use separate nodes (and hence use separate addresses). Add
> command-line options for sender-addr and receiver-addr.
