Summary: [Java Broker] Add connection and user info to log messages

Currently some log messages lack sufficient information to be helpful.
Especially, connection and user information is usually desirable. We should add
them by default to log messages.
Example of unhelpful log messages:

(o.a.q.s.m.AbstractConfiguredObject) - authorise returned DEFER

default: ALLOWED
