For me, the engine is supposed to be free from this sort of policy type 
decision, as it is intended to be used in diverse situations. As an example, if 
you changed the engine to add this information, that would impact qpidd and 
qpid::messaging which already do the same thing themselves. I'm neutral on 
whether the reactor/container/??? api in python or c++ should do it 
automatically by default, but I'm uncomfortable with the engine itself doing it.
