Robbie Gemmell reopened QPIDJMS-220:

Reopening to address ambiguity occuring while attempting to unsubscribe a
shared 'global' durable suscription (i.e while not having a ClientID set).
To address this, the client should set the 'shared' and 'global' capabilities
on the link during the 'null source lookup' used in the unsubscribe attempt,
analagous to the source capabilities that would be present during other
attaches.
