Fix For: qpid-java-7.0
The dead letter queue can be automatically created for a queue backing durable
subscription when context variable {{queue.deadLetterQueueEnabled}} is set to
true. When 'dead letter queue' is required for a durable subscription queue, it
could to be configured manually via management interfaces by invoking
corresponding API.
