Currently the {{Xid}} class of the 0-10 protocol layer leaks into the
{{DtxRegistry}} and associated classes in the Broker's core. This prevents the
0-10 protocol classes being moved out to the plugin.
Refactor DTX so that Xid used is protocol neutral.
