The ability to use partitions in linearstore (introduced in QPID-5671) changed
the directory structure of the store. Any user upgrading from pre-partition to
partitioned versions of the store and must keep their queues must perform a
manual upgrade procedure to transfer their data from the old format to the new.
This JIRA is a placeholder for the documentation on this upgrade procedure.
