Description:
The AMQP Management implementation within the broker has fallen out of step
with the current working draft. Update to reflect the latest version (wd12)
KW: 2017-03-21. Changes were also made in the Qpid-jms-amqp-0-x client so that
the consumers would be named by the Destination's link. This enables the use
of AMQP Management from the legacy client using dynamic node style reply-to
address.
