Reporter: Lorenz Quack
{{AbstractBDBPreferenceStore#openAndLoad}} and
{{AbstractJDBCPreferenceStore#openAndLoad}} do not update the stored version.
Right now there should not be any impact because the preference stores were
introduced in v6.1 but this is a bug in the making and we should fix it before
it impacts.
